Two ways to get clarity
and move forward

Whether you need clarity first or you already know you are ready for deeper support, there is a simple place to begin.

Make It Make Sense

A free business review for owners who know something feels off but are not sure what to fix first. I will look at your brand, website, messaging, and client flow, then send honest insights and a few starting action steps so you can move forward with more clarity.

Sales Ready Sprint

A custom strategic intensive for business owners who are ready to fix the disconnects that are keeping their business from working the way they hoped. We define the main problem, scope the right support, and rebuild the pieces that help your business connect, convert, and run better.

Built for women-owned small businesses across Portland and the surrounding communities.

From lawyers, therapists, photographers, and florists to cafés, boutiques, makers, and other neighborhood brands with something meaningful to offer, Madrone helps local businesses build a stronger foundation online.

(Yes, Vancouver, you too.)

Around here, business is personal. It is shaped by community, creativity, and a little Pacific Northwest grit. Your business should reflect that.

MEET YOUR NEW DESIGNER/STRATEGIST

I launched Madrone for the woman who is tired of trying random fixes in her business and wants a thoughtful outside perspective from someone who can look at the whole picture.

I’ve spent two decades studying business, building businesses, and designing for them. Along the way, I saw the same problem over and over. Small business owners were being told to post more, market harder, and keep trying new tactics before anyone helped them get the foundation clear.

So that is the work I do.

I look at how your business is coming across, where things are disconnecting, and what needs to be stronger so your brand, website, messaging, and client flow can support your goals.

Madrone was built for the café owner, the therapist, the artist, the service provider, and the multi-hyphenate entrepreneur who cares deeply about their work and wants a business that feels clear, cohesive, and ready to grow.

You should not have to settle. Not on design. Not on strategy. Not on results.

I bring the same level of care, clarity, and execution big brands expect, and I built this studio for the small businesses that make Portland feel like home.

If you want a business that looks right, works better, and finally makes sense from the inside out, let’s build it.

If your business is good, but something still is not clicking, you do not need more random advice. You need a clearer look at what is working, what is not, and what to fix first. That is the work I do.
