Two ways to bring your business into clearer form
Whether you need to step back and see the whole picture or you’re ready to build what comes next, there’s a thoughtful place to begin.
Strategy Session
A focused strategy session for business owners who’ve outgrown the pieces they started with and need a clearer view of what comes next.
Together, we’ll look at your brand, website, offers, messaging, and client experience, then identify the gaps, priorities, and most useful next steps. You’ll leave with a thoughtful plan you can carry forward yourself or use as the foundation for future design work.
Strategy Sessions begin at $500 and may be credited toward a custom project booked within six months.
Custom Design
Brand, web, and print design shaped around the business you’re becoming.
Custom design for established businesses ready for a more distinctive, cohesive, and considered presence.
Projects may include brand identity, website design, printed materials, packaging, editorial pieces, and the supporting touchpoints that help your business feel connected wherever someone encounters it.
Every project begins with clear strategy and is built to reflect the quality of your work, support the way your business operates, and give you room to grow without becoming generic.
Madrone is built to meet your small business in different seasons of growth.
If you are just getting started, there should be a beautiful and strategic way to begin. If your business is established and you are ready for a designer, there should be a path for that too. And if you have already proven your work and are ready for a more refined presence, Madrone can hold that as well.
From lawyers, therapists, photographers, and florists to cafés, boutiques, makers, and other neighborhood brands, Madrone helps small businesses across Portland and the surrounding communities create a stronger, more thoughtful presence online.
MEET YOUR NEW DESIGNERI’ve spent two decades studying business, building businesses, and designing for them. Along the way, I saw the same problem over and over. Small business owners were being told to post more, market harder, and keep trying new tactics before anyone helped them get the foundation clear.
So that is the work I do.
I look at how your business is coming across, where things are disconnecting, and what needs to be stronger so your brand, website, messaging, and client flow can support your goals.
Madrone was built for the café owner, the therapist, the artist, the service provider, and the multi-hyphenate entrepreneur who cares deeply about their work and wants a business that feels clear, cohesive, and ready to grow.
I bring the same level of care, clarity, and execution big brands expect, and I built this studio for the small businesses that make Portland feel like home.
If you want a business that looks right, works better, and finally makes sense from the inside out, let’s build it.

Tell me what you’re building.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out.
Tell me about your business, what you’re hoping to create, and where things feel unclear, disconnected, or ready for change. I genuinely love hearing women talk about the work they care about and the lives they’re trying to build around it.
After you send your note, I’ll take a look and send you a link to book a short call with me. We’ll talk through what you need, what may be getting in the way, and the most useful next step.
